Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 Days

We will do our best to deliver as soon as possible weekends and holidays included Keep in mind during COVID 19 shipping has been a bit unpredictable but will try and communicate is we expect last minute delays.

Damages

LaCalle Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Make sure to document with pictures for the claim.

Returns

We accept returns, Exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
